Directions:

I order the product listed above. When I received it, it had no directions oh how to use. So, I ask customer service and he or she email me and told me I can use it any time and it want cause any harm. Well, I did use it as he or she directed. It caused a lot of harm. My hair started to turn brown at the end, itching and burning scalp, very dry and almost all my hair is coming out. So, she is concerned about the company going out of business as she say, if she send me a free sticker to return the product. Not concern about my damage and emotional being and all my hair loss.
I need to speak to the owner because customer service is not showing any understanding. They are just emailing back expecting me to pay for shipping the bad product back. I don't have shipping money.
